This award winning project had customised elements at every turn!

The project was designed to be a tasteful modern addition to an historic Subiaco residence that covered 2 lots. The pool was designed with an in built spa and bubbling pool base with integrated water fonts in each terminating white concrete wall. The paving was in pink pastel tones to match the brickwork of the home and constructed in kimberely quartzite to be hard wearing and visually stunning. The pool was a deep 3M quartzon finish to emulate like a mountain pool. The rear landscape was designed with an organic white serpentine wall creating a sunken. courtyard with custom polished concrete alfresco BBQ & waterfeature with in built LED lighting inside water tubes.

The built in paver planter boxes were framed in hardwood timbers & mulched in a blue glass mulch. The front gate was constructed with a concealed 'floating gate that ran between the front wall & the front entry pergola columns. Formed concrete was used as the predominant hard vertical structures& left in a raw grey form to accentuate the use of materials as close to their natural form as  possible.
