Once this site meeting has been undertaken EGLA will be in a position to provide a comprehensive and fully customized Design Fee Proposal for your consideration
Our focus during this visit is to get a unique understanding of your project in order to provide a fully customized project delivery that is tailored to you and your families lifestyle requirements.

MASTERPLANÂ
Once the Design Fee proposal has been presented & accepted we move onto the Masterplan preparation stage where we:

-
prepare hand drawn sketches based on your detailed design brief
-
prepare accurate CAD drawn Masterplan of the agreed design with industry leading software
-
suggest proposed plant species
-
suggest proposed materials selections that would be appropriate for your specific style of landscape
-
estimate proposed budget expectations
Once this site meeting has been undertaken EGLA will be in a position to provide a comprehensive and fully customized Design Fee Proposal for your consideration

CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
Once the Masterplan stage has been completed we move onto the construction documentation phase where we:

prepare CAD documentation of the approved design
-
drawings included in this stage are: set out plans for all design elements eg. pools, tennis courts, structures, footpaths, hard surfaces, walls, spas, landscape utilities, fire pits, steps, Reduced levels & spot heights, drainage pits & channels etc.

relevant sections and elevations of key design elements
-
planting plan showing all species, locations & associated plant schedule
-
an electrical plan showing proposed light fixtures, GPO's, switching locations, pumps and proposed circuits
-
a project specification sheet noting general & landscape notes & contractor responsibilities
-
product specification sheets noting proposed materials finishes for the project including plant photos, material finish photos & light fixture photos
This drawing set allows the Client to call for competitive & comparable quotes from industry qualified trade people & contractors.
These drawings can also be submitted to State & Regulatory Authorities to acquire the correct permits and approvals to facilitate the construction of the project.
COMMERCIAL DESIGN PROCESS
Commercial Projects are assessed on a project by project basis and costed on the basis of each projects proposed deliverables, scope of services and design detail
