LITTLE COVE ROOFTOP

Our brief for this project was to revive an outdated roof top space and bring a quintessentially beach Noosa feel to an area where the Clients could relax and take in the stunning views of Laguna Bay.

We designed the space to reflect a palette of subdued pastel tones and contrast it with an organic touch of natural eucalyptus poles on the arbor and blonde untreated timbers in large dimensions.

Custom poured white concrete BBQ tops accented the brass tap ware and custom pastel concrete basin.

The use of vertical battens softened the external walls and helped cool the space in summer.Travertine floors completed the subdued tonal range in the floor finish.

A recessed sun bed provided a respite from the harsh daytime sun and provided an evening lounging area to read a book or enjoy relaxing sun downers.
